At our bespoke bakery in Lochore, Fife, we currently employ our bakery staff in various positions including bakery production, despatch, transport and hygiene. We also offer a modern apprentice training programme, enabling us to nurture and train our bakers of the future.
Our stores are based across Fife, Perth and Kinross, Dundee, Stirling and the Lothians. Each of our bright, modern shops has a management team of store manager, assistant manager and senior sales assistant, in addition to our sales assistants. This structure helps our staff to progress, within the company.
